LYNN BAKER is a Certified Customer Experience Specialist from CX University, an Accredited Customer Experience Practitioner, Customer Journey Mapping facilitator and a recognised international speaker on Customer Experience.
Lynn studied at the Disney Institute at Disney World in Florida and obtained a Certificate in delivering Quality Service and also attended the World Customer Experience Summit at Disney World in Los Angeles in 2018.
Lynn has been a Judge at the International Customer Experience Awards as well as the Gulf Customer Experience Awards for the past 5 years.
In 2019 she was recognised as one of the top 50 Women in Customer Experience in the world and in 2020, was acknowledged as one of the Top 12 Women Entrepreneurs in South Africa.
Lynn is a Founding Board Director of the Customer Experience Association of South Africa and consults with companies in South Africa and the middle east on customer experience strategy.
