Customer Journey Map Kits x 6 - To map Current Journey for 48 people in 6 teams (excl Vat)
"Tell me and I forget
Teach me and I may remember
Involve me and I learn"
'The Customer Journey Map Kit actively involves employees in identifying the customer journey process and gives them the unique opportunity of stepping out of the mindset of being a supplier and stepping into the shoes of the customer to identify the real customer experience.
This A0 size laminated current customer journey map is a valuable tool that turns sales and marketing meetings or training sessions into interactive and immersive interventions that increase awareness of the many touch points along an end-to-end customer journey. During these sessions, participants get to physically identify touch points, pain points and obstacles in the current journey that influence buying decisions, either positively or negatively.
At the end of the session, participants are asked to make recommendations for improvements in terms of people, processes and technology, that would drive the ideal future customer journey.
Involving employees in this process raises awareness of a customer first strategy, as well as substantially increases employee engagement in driving a customer centric culture.
Participants can write directly onto the customer journey map with whiteboard markers or alternatively use sticky notes. Either way, this kit can be used multiple times by CX training professionals or company trainers.
The Current Customer Journey Map Kit contains all the elements needed to train up to 8 x delegates in 1 teams of 8 in a 3 - 4 hour Customer Journey Mapping workshop.
