'The Customer Journey Map Kit actively involves employees in identifying the customer journey process and gives them the unique opportunity of stepping out of the mindset of being a supplier and stepping into the shoes of the customer to identify the real customer experience.

This A0 size laminated 'current and future' customer journey map is a valuable tool that turns sales and marketing meetings or training sessions into interactive and immersive interventions that increase awareness of the many touch points along an end-to-end customer journey. During these sessions, participants get to physically identify touch points, pain points and obstacles in the current journey that influence buying decisions, either positively or negatively.

The first part of this intervention requires participants to identify key touch points in the current customer journey, including pain points and obstacles. In the second part of the session, participants map the 'ideal future customer journey' and are required to identify the improvements that need to be made in terms of people, processes and technology, to drive the ideal future customer journey.

Involving employees in this process raises awareness of a customer first strategy, as well as substantially increases employee engagement in driving a customer centric culture.

Participants can write directly onto the customer journey map with whiteboard markers or alternatively use sticky notes. Either way, this kit can be used multiple times by CX training professionals or company trainers.

The Current & Future' Customer Journey Map Kit contains all the elements needed to run a full day (5 - 6 hour) interactive Customer Journey Mapping workshop. Recommended maximum number of people in a team is 8.
