Customer Journey Mapping immerses employees in the end-to-end customer journey, allowing them the opportunity to identify touch-points and pain points that influence buyer behavior and make recommendations for improvements.
Journey Mapping workshops are followed by the creation of an online CX Improvement Planner, which allocates improvement tasks to owners, tracks task status and allows CX management a high level overview of the project status.
